Allyson Felix

Allyson Michelle Felix was born in Los Angeles on November 18 1985. Paul Felix served as an ordinand in Sun Valley at Master's Seminary. Marlean Felix taught at Balboa Magnet. Felix discovered early that she was gifted in running while attending Los Angeles Baptist High School. Within a short time after her initial attempt, she placed second in the 200 meters race at the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championship. Felix graduated from her high school year in 2003 and became a part of Adidas an agreement as an athlete in professional competition. The following year she was a student at the University of Southern California studying elementary education. Felix was awarded her first Olympic Medal in the 2004 Summer Olympics which took place at Athens Greece. Felix set a Junior World Record by sprinting 200 meters in 22.18 seconds. In the 2005 Helsinki World Championships, Felix became the world's youngest champion in running 200m. The following year, she won the title against her Jamaican adversary Veronica Campbell. Felix participated at her first Olympics in Beijing London Rio de Janeiro as well as Tokyo consistently placing within the top three places in all her competitions.
