Alison Doody

Alison Doody is an Irish actress and model. Born on November 11, 1966. Following her small debut performance as an archaeologist Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade in 1989, her role as Elsa Schneider - a Nazi-sympathizing character in A View to a Kill (Bond film, 1985) and then went on to perform the role of Nazisympathizing Elsa Schneider. Siobhan Donavan played the role featured in A Prayer for the Dying in 1987. Charlotte played Taffin (in 1998) as well as Rebecca Flannery played Major League II. Doody was first introduced to modeling when she was offered by a professional photographer. It led to a successful career as a commercial model. Doody was averse to glamour and nude modeling, which she carried over to her acting. Doody was in the film with Sean Connery, who played Indiana Jones' father. Doody starred alongside Jonathan Pryce as Hitler Diaries which was a British mini-series inspired by Hitler Diaries. Doody later moved to Hollywood. The choice was made to replace Cybill Shepherd as spokeswoman for L'Oreal she went on to appear alongside Charlie Sheen in 1994's Major League II as Flannery his agent and girlfriend. Doody came back to acting in 2003 with a minor role on the British comedy film The Actors, in which Michael Caine played herself at an awards show. Doody acted alongside Patrick Swayze in a 2004 television movie adaptation of King Solomon's Mines and also starred in a short called Benjamin's Struggle (2005) a pamphlet that discussed the Holocaust as well as in the British TV series Waking the Dead (in a two-part episode known as. in 2010 Doody played a role on Danny Dyer's feature film The Rapture (2010).
