Tramar Lacel, more popularly known under his stage name Flo Rida (American rapper and singer, as well as songwriter) is a Carol City, Florida-based artist who is a composer, singer, and songwriter. His 2008 breakout single "Low" was the number one hit for 10 weeks across the United States and broke the record for digital download sales at the time of its release. The album that Flo Rida released as her debut studio album called Mail on Sunday reached no. 4 in the US. R.O.O.T.S. succeeded the album in the year 2008.
