Tramar Lacel, more popularly known under his stage name Flo Rida (American rapper and singer, as well as songwriter) is a Carol City, Florida-based artist who is a composer, singer, and songwriter. His 2008 breakout single "Low" was the number one hit for 10 weeks across the United States and broke the record for digital download sales at the time of its release. The second collaboration between T-Pain "I Bet" as well as his collaboration with Trina ("Bout It") was not able to make it to the final tracklist. However the two tracks were recorded.
